📦 14 & 30-Day Return Policy
At DIONE, we want you to love every piece you order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange depending on the timeframe of your return.


Return Timeframes

Within 14 days: Store credit, exchange, or refund .

15–30 days: Store credit only


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached, and the item must be free from fragrance, makeup, or signs of wear

  • Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law


Final Sale Items (Non-Refundable)

Items purchased at:

  • Clearance prices

  • Permanent markdowns

  • Promotional discount codes

These are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund (unless faulty).
They may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Unauthorised returns of Final Sale items may incur a return shipping charge at the customer’s expense.


Refund Method

  • Within 14 days: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method for all eligible returns.
  • After 14 days (15–30 days): Returns are strictly issued as Store Credit only (no cash refunds).
  • If a gift card or store credit was used for part of the payment, that specific portion will be credited back to the same method first.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to appear in your bank account once processed.
  • Note: Faulty items are always eligible for a full refund under Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the timeframe.

Lingerie, Intimates & Swimwear

These items must:

  • Be tried on with undergarments, and

  • Be returned with the protective hygiene sticker attached

We cannot accept returns if the hygiene strip has been removed or tampered with.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (garters, pasties, etc.)

  • Stockings

  • Hair accessories, hats, earrings

  • Personal massagers

  • Beauty products (including self-tanners)

  • Swimwear without hygiene stickers


📏 Size Trial Option

  • If you wish to order multiple sizes of the same item to find your best fit:
  • You may return the sizes that do not fit for a refund (if returned within 14 days) or store credit (if returned within 15–30 days).
  • You must email us at hello@be-dione.com before ordering for approval.

⚠ Faulty Items

  • If the item has a major fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  • For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
  • Please contact us immediately at hello@be-dione.com with clear photos of the fault.

💳 Compensation Options

  • Full-priced items: Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund.

  • Sale & Promotional items: Store Credit or Exchange only

  • 110% Store Credit available for eligible full-price returns

  • Store credits do not expire


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We are not liable for parcels lost during transit

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, uncollected deliveries, or refused parcels will require a new postage fee

  • We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your parcel arrives safely


⏳ Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 9–14 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, and store credits will be emailed directly to you.
