SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms and conditions.
Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 1 PM AEST will be processed the next business day (Monday–Friday).
  • During busy sale periods, processing times may be extended slightly due to high order volumes.
  • International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to their country.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses/bases for international orders.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can track your order via Australia Post.
Delays & Lost Orders
  • If you have not received your items within the designated timeframe, please email us at hello@be-dione.com with your full name and order number so we can investigate.
  • We do not offer refunds or financial compensation for orders received outside the estimated carrier timeframes. While delays are rare, they can occur unexpectedly. We will always do our best to resolve any issues regarding your delivery with the courier.
International Customs Fees & Taxes
  • All customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
  • Charges vary greatly by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of your country's thresholds.
