TERMS OF SERVICE:
 PURCHASE & SHIPPING TERMS
Please read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure you understand your rights when purchasing products ("Items") from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, forming an agreement between DIONE ("we," "us," "our") and you.
PURCHASES
  • You must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order. If additional information is required, we may contact you to confirm your order details.
  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and instructions. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for resending the order at our expense. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at hello@be-dione.com before dispatch.
PRICING
  • All prices are listed in your local currency and exclude any applicable taxes (e.g., GST/VAT) unless stated otherwise.
  • Final charges will depend on your bank’s currency conversion rates.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Our pricing does not include shipping insurance or costs for customer-requested redelivery.
PAYMENT & AFTERPAY
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Zip Pay, and Afterpay. After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  • Afterpay: Buy now, pay later in four equal installments. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, reside in Australia or New Zealand, and hold a valid Visa or Mastercard. Late payment fees apply if you miss an installment and are capped at 25% of the order value or a maximum of $68 AUD.
  • Returns with Afterpay: Returns for Afterpay orders will be processed in strict accordance with our standard 14 & 30-Day Return Policy. Eligible returns within 14 days will receive a refund to your Afterpay account, and returns between 15–30 days will receive store credit.
SECURITY
  • We do not store credit card details. All payment information is securely encrypted during checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Please allow 24–48 hours for dispatch. Most orders placed before 1 PM AEST will be shipped the same day.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • Delivery Estimates: Australia Express delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. International delivery ranges from 3–7 business days, subject to customs clearance. We use trackable postal services (such as Australia Post) for all deliveries.
  • Safe Drop: Australian orders are shipped with Safe Drop (Authority to Leave) by default. International orders require a signature upon delivery unless requested otherwise.
ONLINE-ONLY STORE
  • DIONE is an online-only boutique. Our warehouse does not offer try-ons or in-person pickups. Due to regulatory and insurance frameworks, we are unable to facilitate public access to our private fulfillment facility.
ORDER VALIDATION & CANCELLATION
  • Orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious by our payment processors may require identity verification (e.g., valid ID or masked statement) prior to dispatch. High-value orders (over $500 AUD) may also require validation.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If cancelled before shipping, a store credit will be issued. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & MISSING PARCELS
  • International customers are solely responsible for any import customs duties, taxes, or local VAT, which vary by country.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier transit issues. If a parcel is deemed lost by the carrier, we will open an official investigation to assist you.
  • If an item is missing from your delivered package, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the parcel packaging for review.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & COMMUNICATIONS
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Refunds or partial adjustments for missed promotional codes cannot be processed after payment.
  • By purchasing from DIONE, you consent to receive marketing updates, promotional offers, and sales announcements. You can easily unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails.
GOVERNING LAW
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
